Incidentally, the young woman is Mary Ann Vecchio, a 14 year old runaway, who was identified by her father from this photo.
This event was key in turning public sentiment against the war which was brought to an end just a few years later. I remember it well.

The way to make sure our policy is never dictated by CO2 levels is to keep this organization out of our cities ( and to never regionalize).
