Really hard to believe how dishonest the Failing New York Times is. They actually write the exact opposite of what is really going on. Thatβs why they are doing so poorly, along with many others on the Radical Left.

Kent State, Ohio. May 4, 1970. National Guard troops fire on an unarmed crowd of students protesting the escalation of the Viet Nam war into Cambodia, killing four and wounding nine. Incidentally, the young woman is Mary Ann Vecchio, a 14 year old runaway, who was identified by her father from this photo.
This event was key in turning public sentiment against the war which was brought to an end just a few years later. I remember it well.

The headline is deceptive. Parents are now given final say in the βcareβ their children can receive.
Tennesseeβs legislature has also passed a bill to forbid the spraying of chemtrails from airplanes. It just needs the governorβs signature to become law.
Where the heck is Montana?

"The already-slim likelihood that Donald Trump will face a criminal trial brought by special counsel Jack Smith before the 2024 election appeared to dwindle further Thursday in the face of withering scrutiny from the Supreme Courtβs conservative majority.
One by one, the courtβs six Republican-appointed justices β including three nominated by Trump himself β took whacks at Smithβs effort to quickly and cleanly reject Trumpβs claim of immunity from criminal prosecution over his attempt to subvert the 2020 election.
Instead, during more than 2 1/2 hours of oral argument, the justices forecast a result that could require lower courts to spend months analyzing various aspects of Trumpβs election plot, from organizing fraudulent slates of electors to leaning on his Justice Department to sow false doubts about the results. The purpose of those additional lower-court proceedings, several conservative justices suggested, would be to determine if some of the acts alleged in the special counselβs indictment count as sufficiently βofficialβ presidential duties that they ought to be shielded from criminal charges.
Even if Smith were to win those battles, it would virtually ensure that a trial could not happen until after the election."

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) voted Thursday to restore Obama-era net neutrality rules.
The agency voted 3-2 along partisan lines to revive rules barring broadband providers from blocking or throttling internet traffic to some websites and speeding up access to others that pay extra fees.

The way to make sure our policy is never dictated by CO2 levels is to keep this organization out of our cities ( and to never regionalize). This is what Whitefish adopted that transformed it into what it is now. This is the dominant vehicle by which the UN SDGs are implemented on the local level. Once a city, corporation or region agrees to sign on and become a member, they are provided software to establish their baseline scope 1, scope 2 and scope 3 emissions and then create a Climate Action Plan to reduce them yearly. All other policy becomes seamlessly subsumed under these goals.
